Nidecker Micron snowboard boots

For Growing Groms

Happy shredders need happy feet. The kids' Micron works great, feels comfy and is easy for independent groms to do up themselves – an ideal recipe for progression. The shape is designed to work seamlessly with our matching Micron Magic bindings, while inside there's a ton of cushioning and targeted support including a 3D molded liner. Waterproof materials and sneaker-like looks complete the package and keep them stoked to ride all day.

Key Features

The scaled-down BOA® Fit System is straightforward for small hands to adjust, with just one dial to tighten the whole outer shell.

Just like our adult boots, the Micron comes with a heat-moldable liner that's comfy straight out of the box but can be custom fitted in store.

The Micron doesn't cheap out on fit. We've used 1:1 lasting, which means a specific shell, liner and footbed for every full and half size.

Single-Dial BOA®

A single BOA® dial located on the tongue tightens a steel lace across the entire shell. It's the quickest, simplest way to close and release your boot.

3D Liner Support

Awesome foot hold that starts right inside the liner, with 3D molded material and J-bars around the ankle. Minimal movement, maximum control.

Gravity

Constructed from a single piece of bombproof and lightweight EVA, our standard Gravity outsole delivers great cushioning underfoot and a tread pattern that's similar to our high-end boots.

Silver level

Heat molding allows you to customize the fit of our versatile Silver liner, which also features a Custom Flex Zone around the toes for extra wriggle room, 8mm of PE foam and additional PU support. The liner is closed via a separate cuff connected to the inside of the shell, making it a breeze to get on and off. Velcro patches on both sides of the tongue help secure the fit.
